My name is Elias Meana, and I’m a passionate mathematics and physics educator with over ten years of teaching experience and nearly fifteen years of tutoring experience. I earned a dual bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Georgia in 2015 and a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Valencia, Spain. From 2015 to 2021, I taught at Elian’s British School in La Nucía, Spain, as lead A-Level Math and Further Math teacher and A-Level Computer Science teacher. I also created the computer science program. From 2021 to 2025, I worked as an application engineer at Cvent, gaining real-world experience in web development, database management, data analytics, and full-stack development.
My teaching strategy is to adapt to each student’s learning style. For students who need deep conceptual understanding, I strengthen intuition with visual and explanatory strategies. For students who prefer a practical approach, I offer clear problem-solving methods and guidance. My main goal is to boost mathematical confidence.
