My experience with the ASVAB test is personal and professional. In 2007 I had aspirations to join the military and went through the process including taking the ASVAB test. I was carted out to western Massachusetts to participate. My results would have enabled me to make any MOS choice I wanted and was allowed to, at the time, in the National Guard/Army. I ended up not joining the military, but in the meantime I've assisted and tutored many people in raising their scores to well past the required minimum and desired score. My process is to find the strategies that work for each student individually while being available to support and continue the motivation to reach each goal. Taking the ASVAB test is similar to any other standardized test - it is a process that can be mastered while refreshing content skills.

Amazing ASVAB Tutor

My son is an 18-year-old senior working toward a specific ST score for his Army MOS. We’ve tried other tutors who knew math, but didn’t truly understand the ASVAB as a timed, strategic test — and his scores didn’t move. Patty is different.
