In tutoring, I adjust my instruction to help each student learn in the way that works best for them; that’s the point of individualized support. My sessions focus on introducing material clearly, breaking it down step by step, and leaving room for discussion and questions as we go. The goal is to clear up confusion and make current classwork feel more manageable.
I’ve taught for five years total (three years in high school and two years in middle school), with instructional experience in: U.S. History (Comprehensive & Honors), Civics & Government (Comprehensive & Honors), Economics, Contemporary Issues, Intro to Criminal Justice, Geography, and Ancient World History.
My goal is to be a helpful, reliable resource for both students and parents. I’m always open to suggestions that make tutoring sessions more effective, and I aim to respond promptly to questions. I look forward to working with you!
