When it comes to my tutoring methods my philosophy is simple. People learn differently...some are auditory learners while others are tactile or visual. Part of my job is to figure out how best your student learns and then personalize my instructions/help to them. Additionally, I'm a teacher/tutor who is not going to simply give someone the answer. I firmly believe that "if you give a man a fish he eats for a day but if you teach a man to fish he eats for life".
I've worked with students from all ages and demographics. For the last seven years I was the Director of a Youth Program in Durham, NH working with students ages 11-24. Additionally I've spent a couple of years volunteering with Special Olympics in MA and NH.
