I graduated with my bachelor’s and certifications in Elementary Ed K-8 as well as Special Ed K-12. Throughout my career I have worked in person with whole group classes, small groups, and one on one. Through virtual teaching I have worked with small groups of 2-3 students as well as one on one.
I have been a stay-at-home mom for the last few years and am looking forward to the opportunity to start working with students again. I love math and reading but also enjoy teaching social studies, writing, and science. I very much enjoy trying to figure out the best way to unlock learning using high interest subjects or activities for students. I love hands on learning and trying to figure out how to make virtual lessons hands on and interactive for students.
