I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from CU Boulder, giving me a strong foundation in modern employer expectations. I’ve spent my career in workforce development, specializing in coaching adults through complex job searches. As an employment coach and digital training coordinator, I’ve guided hundreds of individuals through significant employment barriers, including long-term unemployment, industry changes, and re-entry with legal involvement. By focusing on the intersection of professional storytelling and digital proficiency, I’ve maintained strong outcomes for my clients.

My teaching experience centers on adult education through both structured workshops and direct 1-1 coaching. I currently facilitate weekly digital literacy sessions, helping learners of all skill levels master foundational computer tasks, navigate online application portals, and manage comprehensive job searches. My approach is strictly person-centered and strengths-based; I meet you where you are. I believe every person brings valuable lived experience to the table, and my job is to help translate that experience into a format that resonates with modern employers. Part of my focus is on “digital readiness”. The modern job search can be overwhelming due to technical hurdles, automated systems, and confusing steps. I help by introducing modern tools and approaches that make the search easier to manage. As an administrator for platforms like Google Workspace and ChatGPT Business, I show people how to effectively use technology as a “teammate” to simplify their search and tailor applications.
