Bio

As a highly educated and experienced math tutor and teacher, I love helping students of all ages and background build their confidence and understanding of math! For my undergraduate schooling, I attended Hamilton College- a competitive Liberal Arts College in New York and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. I also hold a current teaching license in Math for Grades 5-12, with an additional endorsement to teach online, and I earned a Master's Degree in Educational Technology.

As a highly educated and experienced math tutor and teacher, I love helping students of all ages and background build their confidence and understanding of math! For my undergraduate schooling, I attended Hamilton College- a competitive Liberal Arts College in New York and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. I also hold a current teaching license in Math for Grades 5-12, with an additional endorsement to teach online, and I earned a Master's Degree in Educational Technology.

For over 20 years, I taught math in both private and public middle and high schools, and in addition, have tutored students privately for many years. I'm experienced in teaching Elementary and Middle School Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, and Calculus. I'm also experienced in teaching home-schooled students, as well as tutoring for test prep such as the ISEE, SSAT, PSAT, SAT, ACT, Praxis, Regents, MCAT, GED, GRE, and more. Over the years, I've helped many students improve their test scores and achieve their goals of high school and college admissions.

My passion is to support students of all ages (Elementary, Middle, High School, College, and Adult), backgrounds, interests, and skill levels to build their confidence and understanding of mathematics. I believe that with a caring, attentive, and knowledgeable tutor, all students can not only make progress, but also come to enjoy learning math, and reach their goals!
