Melissa has had a life long love affair with the arts! She enjoys sharing her passion and knowledge. She is a Graphic designer and painter. However, she tends to do a little of everything. Melissa has earned her BA in Studio Arts focusing in Graphic Design and Painting with a minor in Technical Theater from the University of Nebraska - Omaha. Before attending UNO, she earned her AA in Graphic Communication Arts from Metropolitan Community College. While attending UNO, she was able to complete an internship with the Nebraska Shakespeare Festival. She has earned several awards for her work in both Graphic and Costume Design as well as Art. Besides being an artist, she is also a National and World Champion baton twirler.
