Personalized Basketball Training | Speed, Rebounding, and Dribbling

I have been playing basketball since fourth grade and continued through middle school, high school, and into college. Basketball has been a lifelong passion for me. I remember my early days at the YMCA when I struggled with making layups and missing most of my shots. But with each practice, I saw improvement—slowly but surely—and that lit a fire in me to keep trying and growing. My dad recorded a video of me one day at practice, and even though I didn’t make every shot, I could see how excited I was to push myself and improve. That’s when I fell in love with basketball—because it’s a sport where you can always learn, grow, and try again. My competitive experience includes playing for my middle and high school teams, joining the OSA club team during my junior year, and eventually playing college basketball.

As a tutor, I bring a wealth of skills in defense, agility, rebounding, and shooting, with rebounding and defense being my strongest assets. My teaching style is patient and tailored to each student’s needs because I know every player has their unique strengths and areas to grow. Whether focusing on footwork, shooting technique, or building confidence, I create customized drills, videos, and workout plans to help students improve both on and off the court. I’ve previously worked with young players during summer basketball camps at my college, and I loved seeing their growth and excitement as they learned new skills. My goal is to help students develop their abilities, build confidence, and enjoy the process of improving their game.
