I did this for almost 2 years, and really enjoyed my time working with the kids. I have done one-on-one and have worked in a classroom setting. The biggest thing for me is seeing the smile on a child's face after they understand a concept they may have been struggling with. I don't like to use the words "can't" and "won't". Every child IS capable of anything they want to do, everyone just has their own timeline on how and when they will achieve that.
