My tutoring method consists of introducing key principles to build off of, and encouraging the student to think critically. In my opinion, this technique strengthens ones individuality and ability to think creatively and laterally. Memorization can be useful, but in all reality it leaves little room to adapt. Teaching one to think creatively would do far more good than memorizing every possible outcome.
