I recently started a financial planning firm but still have a passion for science, teaching, & learning.
I completed my undergrad at Doane College in Nebraska. I graduated with a BS in Natural Science and earned a minor in Biology. I've also earned 36 post graduate hours in Curriculum and Instruction and 7-12 Administration.
During Covid and now through my business, I’ve gained experience teaching and learning online. I’ve enjoyed teaching students excited about science and helping former students with their college classes. I especially miss helping students with complex problem solving and creating a system for understanding difficult tasks and science concepts which led me to tutoring on the side.
