I have taught in the public and private settings, to homebound student and more recently taught online for the past eight years. Some of my experience is teaching English as a Second Language remotely in China and I currently work with a New York company called Fullmind as a part-time math and special education tutor. A new an exciting opportunity I have added to my portfolio is a tutor for Unfold Psychology in California virtually. I look forward to tutoring through Wyzant.
One of my favorite things to teach though is math up to 8th grade. I make math interesting and bring an approachable mindset to tutoring that not only promotes growth but a love for learning that takes hard out of the equation.
