I specialize in tutoring middle school science and related subjects, but I also bring a broad background in supporting reading, writing, and research skills thanks to my dual role as a teacher and librarian. My approach is supportive, patient, and tailored to meet each student’s individual needs.
I believe learning should be both challenging and engaging. When tutoring, I focus on making concepts accessible and meaningful, whether it’s mastering science content, preparing for tests, or building strong literacy skills. My goal is to help students in grades 6–9 not only improve academically but also develop the confidence and curiosity they need to succeed long term.
