My desire to coach and teach began many years ago. I started off as a tutor in college, and post college I moved to Arizona briefly to become a Pre-School Teacher.
An opportunity arose for me to move back to Minnesota however and open up my own business, so I owned and operated my own retail store for the past 7 years.
My drive to teach never left however, and during that time, I continued to volunteer as a tutor and life skills facilitator at a women's shelter, I coached youth football...

My drive to teach never left however, and during that time, I continued to volunteer as a tutor and life skills facilitator at a women's shelter, I coached youth football and baseball, and I was a part time nanny/babysitter for a friend of mines child.
I strive to make positive, impacting lessons for each student that I have. I also understand that each student needs a different level and different style of teaching and am extremely adaptable in my lesson planning for each individual child.
