I have conducted training classes on a variety of topics from as new hire orientation to educating our Board of Directors on various internal processes of our company.
I have a belief that public speaking is part entertainment and if taken to heart in that manner it reduces the stress one feels when in front of a group of people. I would also tutor in what I would call the "they have the answer so let them" mindset.
