Naturally, if you have never drawn or have very little experience, drawing is probably the place to start, but there are ways to still get you painting quickly. Tricks of the trade so to speak.
I've taught art to all ages and enjoy the rewards of seeing someone grow to love drawing and painting as much as I do.
Being a homeschool mom, I can relate to the difficulties of finding suitable programs and the many options out there. I teach the technical, aesthetic aspects and do not go into art history, I leave that to someone who enjoys teaching art history.
After years of teaching to all ages and levels, I've learned what works and what doesn't for the various types of learners. I've got a gentle and patient attitude and want my students to gain the confidence to dive in with both feet and splash a little paint around and come out on the other end smiling and proud of their creations.
If you are ready to dive in and have fun while creating wonderful works of art that you will surprise yourself with, get in touch with me today!
