Hello! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, which has provided me with a deep understanding of logical reasoning, structured problem-solving, and analytical thinking — all of which are foundational to mastering mathematics. I’ve applied these skills both in software development and in education, where I help students see how math connects to technology and real-world applications. As an instructor at CodeWizardsHQ, I teach programming and computational thinking to students ages 8–12. This experience has strengthened my ability to break down complex ideas into clear, engaging lessons that meet each learner at their level. I also integrate modern tools, including AI-based learning aids, to make each session personalized and interactive.

Over the years, I’ve tutored students in elementary through middle school math, focusing on building conceptual understanding rather than rote memorization. My teaching style blends the Socratic Method (guided questioning) with hands-on problem-solving and reflective discussion, encouraging students to explain their reasoning as a way to reinforce learning and measure their understanding. I emphasize how math applies to everyday life, science, and even computer logic — helping students appreciate its value beyond the classroom.

In addition to my professional teaching, I’ve successfully tutored my own children using these methods: my 8-year-old son consistently performs at the “Exceeding Proficiency” level in math, and my 11-year-old daughter advanced into a “Math Plus” class, performing one to two grades ahead. These experiences have deepened my insight into how students of different ages learn and stay motivated. My goal is to help every student build confidence, curiosity, and independence — empowering them not just to succeed in math, but to enjoy learning it.

Computer Science

hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I teach computer science with a focus on blending core programming principles and modern AI tools to enhance understanding and creativity. My lessons cover topics such as algorithms, data structures, and software development, while also showing students how AI can assist in debugging, code generation, and project design. I emphasize hands-on learning through real-world examples, encouraging students to think critically and build problem-solving confidence. I also guide learners in using AI platforms at home to practice coding, explore new technologies, and accelerate their mastery of computer science concepts.
Elementary Math

Elementary Math

I specialize in teaching elementary math through fun, interactive lessons that make learning engaging and effective. By integrating AI-powered learning tools, I help young students practice skills like addition, subtraction, fractions, and word problems with instant feedback and personalized guidance. My approach focuses on building confidence, curiosity, and a strong understanding of core math concepts at an early age. I also teach students and parents how to use AI resources at home to reinforce lessons, track progress, and turn math practice into an enjoyable daily habit.
Prealgebra

Prealgebra

I help students build a solid foundation in prealgebra by combining clear, step-by-step instruction with modern AI learning tools. My lessons focus on understanding essential concepts like fractions, integers, equations, and problem-solving strategies in an engaging and supportive way. I show students how to use AI platforms at home to practice, receive instant feedback, and strengthen weak areas through personalized exercises. By blending traditional math teaching with AI-driven guidance, I empower learners to gain confidence, accuracy, and curiosity in mathematics.
Precalculus

Precalculus

I teach precalculus using a modern, AI-enhanced approach that blends strong mathematical fundamentals with smart learning tools. My background in mathematics and artificial intelligence allows me to show students how to use AI platforms to practice, visualize, and explore complex concepts at home. I guide students in using AI assistants to check their reasoning, generate practice problems, and build deeper intuition through step-by-step feedback. By combining traditional problem-solving with cutting-edge AI resources, my students gain both mastery of precalculus and the skills to become independent, tech-savvy learners.
Trigonometry

Trigonometry

I specialize in teaching trigonometry through an interactive and AI-powered approach that connects abstract math to real-world applications. With a background in mathematics and artificial intelligence, I help students use AI tools to visualize trigonometric functions, generate custom practice sets, and receive instant feedback. My lessons emphasize deep conceptual understanding, not just memorization, so students can confidently apply trigonometry in calculus, physics, and technology fields. I also teach students how to use AI platforms at home to strengthen their skills, analyze errors, and continue learning independently.
