I hold an Associate’s Degree in Christian Ministry/Religion from Fruitland Baptist Bible College, where I also completed extensive coursework in English. For the past five years, I have taught middle school students in youth ministry settings, helping them engage with Scripture in a way that is clear, relevant, and memorable. In addition to ministry, I served as a Librarian Assistant where I worked closely with college students, guiding them through challenging English assignments. This often included helping them refine grammar, strengthen essay structure, and develop persuasive writing skills.
My approach as a tutor is both patient and interactive. I enjoy breaking down difficult grammar rules or theological concepts into simple, understandable steps so that students not only grasp the material but also see how it connects to their everyday lives. My goal is always to help students grow in confidence—whether that means writing more effectively, speaking with clarity, or deepening their understanding of the Bible in a way that honors God.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing basketball, challenging myself with chess, and having thoughtful conversations about Scripture. These interests help me bring energy, focus, and curiosity into my sessions, creating an environment where learning is both engaging and practical.
