I'm Erica. I've been a Nurse for 24 Years. In that time, I've worked in various areas of the Nursing Profession. I hold both a PN and Registered Nurse Degrees, and Graduated from the University of Rio Grande with Honors. My primary work areas have been ICU, Cardiac, Post-Surgical, Geriatrics, and Medical/Surgical Areas. I have tutored Nursing Students for 9 years in both RN and BSN Levels. Additionally, I have also been a Preceptor for BSN Nursing Students.

Erica is an amazing tutor and person!! She met with me before my semester even started to help me get myself prepared. I was retaking my final semester after failing which left me scared and anxious. She was referred to me by a previous classmate. We were able to meet every few weeks throughout the semester and message in between sessions. Erica was flexible if something came up or if I wanted to add extra time. We spent over 20 hours total going over exam topics where she helped me understand the areas that I struggled with. She also helped me build confidence in my ability to achieve passing grades. We also did lots and lots of practice questions that Erica created specifically to my exams!! She is the best of the best with a great personality and sense of humor. She is a wonderful educator as well and is very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t imagine going through my final semester with anyone else and wish I found her sooner!!

I came to Erica at a low point of my life. I just failed the NCLEX and I was feeling devastated. When we first met she listened to me and I talked to her about how I felt. She did not judge me and provided a safe space for me to express my feelings and to learn. Erica understood my struggles as a first time mom and helped me to find my confidence. We made a plan together and executed it. Each week I would report to her and she would give me feedback. When I was ready I scheduled my test and passed it. I could not have done this without all of her encouraging words and teaching. If you are lost and do not know where to begin, book a session with her, you wont be disappointed.

Oh my lord Erica is my savior!
I don’t even know where to begin with my time with Erica. I went searching for someone to help me in my last semester of nursing school for my last exam. I was in trouble with my grade towards the end and I needed help desperately. After reading some reviews for her, I knew she’d be the one to help me. She helped me feel more confident with myself and challenged my thoughts during my time with her. She believed in me at times I couldn’t even believe in myself. She helped me pass my final semester of nursing school and then I continued to seek her guidance for my NCLEX. Well after finding out today that I got my nursing license (after taking the test yesterday), she was the first one I went to tell. She told me how proud she was of me and how she had all the faith in the world that I could do it. Without Erica, I wouldn’t be where I am now and I couldn’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me. If you are ever looking for someone to tutor you, Erica is the person to go to!
