I am writing this review as a parent who hired Ms. Megan to tutor my daughter during the last month of her high school AP Chem class. My daughter had lost confidence in her abilities and was frustrated with her test grades despite her study efforts in the class. From the first session, Megan made an immediate impact on my daughters understanding of the materials. We were able to upload class materials to Megan prior to their sessions and she was always prepared and knowledgable on the specific topics so that the session time was put to its best use. Megan was articulate, friendly, encouraging and patient as she worked with my daughter during the month. The written recaps that she provided after each session were like an additional tutoring session in themselves. My daughter could print the recap and refer back to it at school when needed. In the end, my daughter was able to raise her final grade and Megan's tutoring played a significant role in this outcome. This was our first attempt at using an online tutoring platform like Wyzant and we are fortunate to have found Megan. I would recommend her without hesitation and I'm sure my daughter will keep her in mind as she navigates future chem classes.

Our daughter feels so confident because Meghan is able to individualize her tutoring sessions. Meghan is able to breakdown concepts in Chemistry in such a way that our daughter easily understands.
