I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a minor in Forensic Science, and I bring both strong academic training and real tutoring experience to my work with students. I have previously tutored Algebra, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry labs, and Statistics, supporting students at different levels of understanding and helping them build confidence in challenging subjects. I have tutored students ages ranging from 15-21. My background has given me a deep understanding of problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to break down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps. I have tutored in person and online but recently have enjoyed online as it allows for more flexibility and time efficiency for the student and me.

I am passionate about helping students truly understand the “why” behind what they are learning, rather than just memorizing information. I strive to present material in new and relatable ways so that students can see concepts from different perspectives and find what clicks for them. Whether it’s working through equations, interpreting lab data, or connecting theory to real-world applications, I aim to create an encouraging and engaging learning environment.

Ultimately, my goal is to help students not only succeed academically but also develop skills they can carry into their future careers and everyday life. I believe that when students feel supported and gain a deeper understanding of the material, they become more confident, independent learners who are better prepared for their degree programs and long-term professional paths.
