This is my 24th year of teaching experience. I have past experience working as a first grade teacher and also as a special educator; both jobs required helping students improve their reading proficiency. I also have past experience working as a clinical case manager for adolescent and adult patients with psyciatric and/or chemical dependency issues in a psychiatric hospital. In addition, I've been the lead teacher for a licensed special school in a psychiatric setting. I enjoy helping people of all ages learn. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner.
