Hello, my name is Annie L., and I am a teaching assistant at a local Elementary School. I love spending time helping children learn what they need, and get the confidence to grow! In 2008 I got a special recognition award for Best Employee in Wake County. I’m a 52 year old mother who has tutored my children, and their friends in Spanish for a few years now. I’d like to tutor students from Elementary or Middle school. I focus on pronunciation and how to differentiate the emphasis on the syllables correctly. I try to make sure my students speak Spanish naturally and with confidence, as well as helping them with their grammar, vocabulary, and writing!
Spanish is my first language, and I’m a very patient tutor with my students. I was born in New Jersey but raised in Puerto Rico. I have two kids who I’ve taught since they were born, and I’d love to help you out with Spanish too! I have the teaching experience, and outside of the school environment with my kids. Consultation is free, and I require at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation!
