I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Speech) from Fayetteville State University and am a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. I completed my pre-licensing education through Trav Talks, LLC, one of North Carolina’s top real estate schools. Through focused preparation and effective study strategies, I passed my licensing exam on the first attempt — and I know firsthand how challenging this process can be.

What truly stood out to me during my studies was not just earning my license, but mastering the material in a way that allowed me to explain it clearly to others. I regularly used a “teach-back” method while preparing for the exam, breaking down complex real estate concepts for classmates and peers with no prior background. This experience showed me how powerful clear, engaging instruction can be — and how much more confident students feel when the material finally clicks.

I believe learning should be both effective and enjoyable. When students feel relaxed, supported, and engaged, they retain information better and approach exams with confidence instead of fear. My goal is to make North Carolina and National real estate pre-licensing topics clear, practical, and tailored to your learning style — not overwhelming or boring.
