I am currently in my fourth year of teaching. During my career, I taught 3rd grade for 2 years and am in my second year of teaching 5th grade. While teaching, I am also pursuing my master's degree in Literacy. My career goal is to either become a reading specialist, or an AIG Teacher. I love working with children of all ages, and in all subject areas. History is my favorite subject, but Language arts and Science have a special place in my heart.

This school year has definitely been challenging for many families and students. I am a tutor, because I want to help students and families that may need the extra support during this unusual time. When I was student, I had an amazing tutor that helped change the way I look at reading. I would love to help students fall in love with learning, by giving them the extra support they may need.
