With a B.S. in physics and religious studies from UNC-Chapel Hill and two master's degrees from leading UK universities, I bring a wide-ranging academic background. I also spent nearly two years working full-time in academic research after graduate school.

I’ve provided admissions advising since 2020, working with students to draft and edit their college essays, personal statements for graduate school, and competitive scholarship applications. My expertise extends to elite university and scholarships/fellowships admissions (e.g., Fulbright).

I can help with applications and interviews for educational and research opportunities that will advance your career. I've earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in the humanities, natural sciences, and social sciences, and I've previously worked full-time as a research fellow in an academic lab. In my current (non-academic) role, I also conduct technical interviews, through which I’ve become more familiar with what the other side of the selection/hiring process can look like. I can assist with aspects of career development that fall under an academic umbrella, whether it's returning to school after full-time work, continuing your education in pursuit of additional qualifications and skills, or applying for academic research positions as a bachelor's or master's student/graduate. I have particular expertise in personal statements and can also assist with cover letters and resumes for applications.
