Below you will see my credentials, which are strong, but my superpower is that I just genuinely care and want to see you win. You'll feel that within the first two minutes of working together. I come to each session overly prepared.

I hold a master's degree in leadership and human resource development from Louisiana State University, where I graduated with Phi Kappa Phi honors. I also graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016 with a BS degree in Public Policy and Statistics.

For more than twenty years, I have worked on the hiring side of corporate & technology and most recently led three talent acquisition teams for a Fortune 50 company, where I designed the corporate & AI hiring strategy for numerous roles and built the interview processes that candidates had to pass.

I provide interview coaching for professionals in consulting, law, HR, technology, and a broad range of other career paths

My coaching experience is one-on-one and hands-on. For several years, I have run mock interviews and coaching sessions with graduate students in Duke University's Master's in Interdisciplinary Data Science program and with students in North Carolina State University's Institute for Advanced Analytics, working with adults ranging from current students and recent graduates to experienced professionals looking to make a job change. I have also coached individual candidates preparing for interviews at companies such as Meta and X, and I have interviewed and evaluated thousands of candidates throughout my career.
