I am an experienced leader, now working to help other leaders and their team reach their maximum performance. On the side, I have a number of individuals at all career stages that I mentor and coach. I spend time with my clients working with them 1:1 but also teach their teams key practices to help them manage and interact effectively.

I speak multiple times a week to client groups, sometimes doing keynotes to several hundred people at once. I have been speaking since winning speaking competitions in high school and it has been an element of my career for over 25 years.

I have coached over 200 individuals on career change. I have developed an effective methodology to help people find the intersection of their strengths and what the job market is demanding. I have a coaching certification.

I went from being the worst student in my school to the top performer. I graduated with top honors from university.

I have 25+ years in the profession having worked my way through all the aspects of information technology with hands-on experience.

I have managed multiple projects and programs of all sizes and types for over 20 years. I am certified as a Project Management Profession (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and as a Certified Scrum Master.
