My name is Dwayne M. and I am a criminal justice professional with 22 plus years experience. I have worked in both the public and private sector. The vast majority of my experience has been working with Juvenile Justice. I have managed everything from community based programs to detention, residential, youth development centers, and a maximum secured residential program as well. Currently, my career path has taken me to North Carolina and managing a youth program in the private sector. In addition, I have 5+ years teaching criminal justice/ organizational leadership courses as an adjunct professor with 2 universities.
As far as my hobbies go. I am a family man ho enjoys the outdoors/ recreation. I look forward to meeting you and helping you become the best Criminal Justice leader you can be!

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I have a Master's degree from Boston University in Criminal Justice. I have 22 plus years with practical experience in the field. In addition, I have 5 plus years teaching for 2 universities and one community college. I have also taught both online and traditional classroom setting.
