Most families who find me these days want one thing: a better SAT score. That's my main focus now, and it fits how I teach. When a score is stuck, there's usually a specific reason under it. Maybe it's careless math errors eating easy points. Maybe it's the clock, or the way a student freezes when the timer starts. I find out what's actually going on for your kid and we go after that, instead of grinding through one more practice book.

Let me be honest about results, since a lot of tutors aren't. Every student I've worked with has improved, usually 60 to 120 points once they put in the practice. I won't promise a 300-point miracle. I'll give you a real plan. We start with a diagnostic to find where the points are leaking. Then we drill those weak spots and do full timed runs in the official Bluebook app, so test day feels familiar.

There's plenty I do outside the SAT, too. I work with students in math, science, the humanities, and ACT prep, and I can help with most middle and high school subjects (foreign language aside) plus college intro courses in math, physics, chemistry, and statistics. I've worked with students at community colleges like Wake Tech and universities such as UNC, Duke, and NC State, and my high schoolers have gone on to Stanford, Berkeley, Princeton, UNCW, and many more.
