Hello! I’m a level designer and Unreal Engine developer with professional experience in the games industry, including working at Funcom on Dune: Awakening, a highly immersive open world survival game. In that role, I contributed to level design and gameplay implementation within a large-scale production environment, collaborating across disciplines to build immersive spaces and engaging gameplay systems. Working on a AAA project sharpened my understanding of production workflows, iteration, clear communication, and how to create gameplay that feels polished and purposeful!

Alongside my industry experience, I’ve also worked as a Coding Coach at Code Wiz Durham, where I taught students ranging from 7 to 17 years old. I led hands-on classes focused on game development, programming fundamentals, and creative problem-solving. My teaching philosophy is simple: students learn best by building! Whether we were designing games, scripting mechanics, or debugging together, I emphasized understanding the “why” behind the logic — not just following steps.

Teaching such a wide age range strengthened my ability to adapt my style depending on who I’m working with. With younger students, I focus on encouragement, creativity, and breaking complex ideas into clear, manageable pieces. With teens, I shift toward deeper technical explanations, structured problem-solving, and helping them think like real developers. Every lesson is tailored to the individual’s goals, experience level, and learning style!

Across both professional development and education, my goal is the same: help people gain confidence by building real, playable systems. Adobe Premiere

I have 6+ years of experience in creating high quality content within Adobe Premiere. I have used the tool in my own endeavors, creating content like Youtube Shorts, Tik Toks, and Instagram Reels, as well as long form content in my college work. As part of my Bachelor's Degree in Simulation and Game Design, I also gained a high proficiency in multimedia art, including video editing and motion graphics. I've done video projects of a wide variety, from creative skits all the way to informative interview videos with B-roll footage interwoven. I've also uploaded content on Youtube that's gained good traction, such as a video I made recently that amassed upwards of 30,000 views and over 1,000 likes.

I have done music production and sound design for the past 10+ years, gaining a refined knowledge of the most effective and intuitive music production techniques. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Simulation and Game Design, in which I was able to incorporate my own music and sound ideas into my very own games. I've uploaded music tracks onto Soundcloud and I've done music/sound design as part of contract work for indie games. I have a good ear for music pacing, tone, and song composition.

I also have previous experience as a Coding Coach at Code Wiz Durham, teaching students how to code and design in Roblox Studio, Minecraft Modding tools, Unity, and Unreal Engine. I have made multiple games of my own in Unity and have a Bachelor's Degree in Simulation and Game Design.

I also have previous experience in teaching as a Coding Coach at Code Wiz Durham, teaching subjects such as Roblox Studio, Minecraft Modding, Unreal Engine, and Unity. I specialize in Unreal Engine 5 Level Design, but also can teach game design and coding fundamentals. I am comfortable with Unreal Engine Blueprints and have ample experience in applying a mix of technical knowledge along with practical design skills, using a tried and true design process.
