Excellent Cantonese Tutor
I booked a Cantonese lesson as a birthday gift for my husband, and this tutor made it truly special. From the very first message, she took the time to explain how lessons would work by providing examples. She was flexible with scheduling and excited to help pull off the surprise. During the lesson, she was kind, engaging, and very knowledgeable, and she added meaningful insights into his family’s cultural background and traditions. My husband said he could follow everything she explained and really enjoyed learning with her. She’s clearly a seasoned professional and an excellent teacher. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for Cantonese or Mandarin lessons!

Ying is an excellent tutor. My 15 years old daughter who has been studying Mandarin since 3 years old needed help with formal essay writing and Ying went above and beyond to help guide her. Ying reviewed her essay before class and highlighted all the sentences that they would discuss during class. Ying gave advice on sentence structure, different ways to phrase something, punctuation and a whole lot more. She was very patient and clear with her explanations. Our daughter thought she was amazing. Also, she was very responsive and clear in her communication before the first class. I highly recommend Ying.
