Hello! My name is Grace B. and I am an educator and content manager with a background in elementary education and curriculum design. I earned my BA in Elementary Education in 2015 and went on to complete my MA in Curriculum and Instruction in 2018. These degrees have shaped my approach to both teaching and content development, allowing me to create learning experiences that are both engaging and standards-aligned.
I spent several years teaching 4th grade, where I developed and implemented lesson plans, administered assessments, and supported student growth in reading, math, science, and social studies. My students consistently met academic benchmarks, and I worked in both traditional and magnet program settings focused on environmental science and civic engagement. My teaching experience includes classroom instruction, one-on-one support, and mentoring new educators—always with a focus on fostering curiosity and confidence in learners.
Since transitioning into educational content development 7 years ago, I’ve continued to apply my classroom experience to the creation and management of assessment materials. I have a deep understanding of how assessments are created and how to teach students to prepare for them. My goal is to support educators and students by providing tools that are both effective and meaningful.
