I regularly attend professional development workshops and classes focused on reading intervention, phonics, and comprehension strategies. I work with K–5 students, particularly those who struggle with fluency, decoding, comprehension, and building confidence in literacy.
I have worked with students for eight years in both one-on-one and small-group settings, including classroom teaching, private tutoring, and supporting students with academic needs in the general and special education settings based on IEP goals and services. During this time, I have helped children with diverse learning needs develop foundational reading skills and increase their confidence in school.
