I’m a first generation American and proud of it. What does this mean? I have a double heritage and equally proud of each side. My parents were born in Mexico, and immigrated to the US. I spoke Spanish as a child, but later went on to study it in college. People are always confused as to why I studied a language I already knew. That is where the big myth lies although I spoke it as a child my fluency was low. I have grown to love and appreciate Spanish in all its forms. I’m here to help you grow in fluency, grammar, and cultural awareness. I believe learning languages is the key to the 21st century world.
