I have four years of experience tutoring Algebra 1 for middle and high school students, typically working with at least 10 students each year. Many of my students began with grades in the 70s and, through consistent one-on-one sessions, were able to raise their grades into the 90s. For example, one 9th grader I worked with went from failing quizzes on linear equations to earning a 94% on her final exam after three months of weekly sessions. My approach is step-by-step and visual, using diagrams, color-coding, and real-world examples to make abstract concepts clear and manageable. My goal is to build both accuracy and confidence so students feel prepared for homework, tests, and future math courses.

Innovative and a Great Teacher

Chemistry has not always been my strongest subject but Victoria was able to help me overcome that weakness. The way she teaches chemistry is extremely engaging as she makes sure that a concept is fully understood before moving on.
