Rebecca C. is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Oboe Performance at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts studying with Jaren Atherholt. As an orchestral player, Becca has performed with the UNCSA Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Maestros Larry Rachleff and Christopher Lees, and with the UNCSA Ballet Orchestra in their 2018 production of The Nutcracker. An active chamber musician and Baroque enthusiast, Becca has been a member of the Anemos Wind Quintet and Untwined Winds and performed Bach Cantatas working closely with Glenn Seibert ad Dmitri Shteinberg. Becca has performed in masterclass for esteemed oboists Robert Atherholt, Dr. Reid Messich, Joseph Robinson, and Hollis Ulaky. She attended the John Mack Oboe Camp in 2018 and will be a camp counselor at Interlochen Arts Camp this summer. Becca can be heard performing with Unity Church in Winston-Salem, NC and in her spare time enjoys spending time outside and painting.
