I have had 2 sessions now with Heather in Quickbooks Online. I was very nervous about this since I had so many questions and felt stupid asking them. She immediately understood and made it easy for me to not only ask, but also to learn. She is extremely knowledgeable, warm and a really nice person!! Every question I have she quickly has the answer and walks me through each thing step by step. This thing that was causing me so much stress (Quickbooks) is now starting to be fun thanks to Heather! First, Heather brought a calm presence to our lesson and set me at ease to be able to first figure out if my books were beyond repair and then how to streamline the process so I could do it myself. She helped me find a few things that I corrected that straightened things out, and then I kept asking her questions which brought knowledge and solutions to my issues. She did all this by sharing the screen on Zoom, which was reassuring since she wasn't accessing my computer. She was great, and I would recommend her to everyone.
