I have been certified since 2010 and absolutely love my career choice. I have over 20 years experience in the medical field, but truly love billing and coding. I am currently an Emergency Room coder. When I was teaching, I would always tell my students that coding is a tamable beast, with the right instruction. Ultimately, there were always students that needed help with the guidelines and sequencing. I enjoyed giving those students the extra encouragement and instruction that they needed to be successful. I want the students that I tutor to benefit as much as possible and therefore welcome all sources.
