My lessons are student centered and focused on gaps in learning determined by a comprehensive diagnostic assessment that pinpoints exactly what skills students need to develop.
My experience experience as a teacher, school administrator, and various roles involving NC End-of-Grade Testing and the creation of customized benchmark assessments, gives my students a significant advantage. I hold two master's degrees in education and received my Academically & Intellectually Gifted (AIG) Certification from Duke University. I am currently an AIG teacher at an elementary school.
