I'm Zamir! I obtained my Master of Public Health from The George Washington University with an emphasis on health policy. I have a Bachelor's in Anthropology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am passionate about making the world a better place. One of my favorite ways of doing that is by supporting others' development! I have an extensive history of mentoring and supporting students and colleagues to succeed in both their academic and professional endeavors.

As a student at UNC-Chapel Hill, I was recruited by an Anthropology professor to join the program, given my high marks and notable contributions during discussion. After that, I excelled in concepts related to ethnography and medical anthropology.

To this day, I am still an Anthropology enthusiast, and the ways culture impacts all aspects of society. Specifically, in my work, I analyze the interrelation of culture on public policy and vice versa.

I have an extensive history with both writing and public speaking spanning back seven years. I am well-versed in technical and narrative writing, possessing substantial experience writing and editing blogs, essays, issue briefs, memos, and policy statements.

In the past two years alone, I facilitated the publication of more than fifteen blogs on national websites, I was published in the Harvard Public Health Review, and participated in thirteen public speaking engagements (in-person and virtually).

I mentor dozens of students and early career professionals monthly through their journey to obtain internships, fellowships, or career opportunities. I directly assist with cover letter and resume writing/formatting and interviewing and networking strategies.

My purpose is to leverage my experience and knowledge to support and advance today's and tomorrow's change agents (you). I'm looking forward to collaborating with you to attain your highest educational and professional goals!
