After working as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer, I attended Duke University, where I received my Masters of Environmental Management. While at Duke, I was offered the position to TA the Environmental Law course, but opted instead to create the first writing tutoring for the Nicholas School. We worked with the professional masters students on writing technique, proofreading, and proper citation.
