In the past, I have worked as a tutor and a teacher, both formally and informally. I have three years of experience working as a tutor and academic, setting such as high school and undergraduate settings. As a result, I am comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and different ages, as well as learning styles. I am also familiar with educational approaches that are known to aid in memory, construction and memory recall, which are important for standardized exams.
If we work together, my main goal is to equip you with the tools that helped me succeed with the USMLE exams. The next step is to design a schedule that works, and is realistic and help assess as we reevaluate our progress. I also am a big believer in active learning so as we work together, most of our time will be spent making sure we focus on problem-solving.
