My entire philosophy is based on this: all kids need teachers and all teachers need students. It does not matter to me what package you come wrapped in, we can figure out a way to get you where you need to be. It may take patience and time, or creativity and caring but you can achieve your dreams with an end goal in mind. I look forward to becoming a part of that dream, that end goal and saying, "look at what we did! we made it."
