I studied Music Education on clarinet at Appalachian State University for two years, where I played mellophone with the Marching Mountaineers. Although I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, my passion for music persisted. My experience spans multiple instruments and ensemble types, enhancing my teaching with a deep understanding of music theory. I aim to inspire students of all ages with a patient and humorous teaching style.
