The MCAT sucks, but we can do it! I personally took the exam twice, and first used a fancy (and expensive!) brand-name test prep course, which landed me at a 510, which was pretty disappointing. I took about a year off from studying and then took it again after self-studying for about 6 weeks and ended up with a 520. While I was interviewing for med schools back in 2019, I actually had a few interviewers ask how I was able to improve my score so much.
I think the key to doing well on the MCAT is studying the exam itself, and less-so what's on it. I'd love to work with you to test prep, create an individualized study plan, and review practice materials both inside-and-out.
