Recent NC State masters graduate that loves teaching science. I have been tutoring as well as instructing my own classes in Chemistry since my sophomore year as an undergraduate at the University of Delaware. What drives me most is the ability to make science less scary to my students. I want to help you truly understand the concepts being taught in your classes and give you the extra confidence to succeed.

I have a strong background in both Biology and Chemistry. My high school experience includes AP Bio and advanced chem. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware where I majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Throughout my undergraduate career I worked as a head teaching assistant for a general chemistry course, teaching 2 classes per semester for three years, as well as instructing my fellow TA's for 2 years. On top of that I worked roughly 50 hours at a tutoring center my senior year, helping students with Biology, Chemistry, and occasionally Physics.

I want to help you succeed and take the anxiety out of your science classes. I am patient and willing to accommodate diverse learning styles. I also understand how recent circumstances and changes in classroom structures have put a serious strain on student life and academics, so I will try my best to be flexible with timing and meetings.
