About Me – Dr. Corantin Talla
Hi, I’m Dr. Corantin Talla! I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a Minor in Botany from the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Florida, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Public Administration from Walden University. However, my passion for technology led me to pursue an Associate Degree in Database Technology and a Technical Certificate in Oracle Database Administration from Florida State College while working as a middle school science teacher in Jacksonville, Florida.
Teaching & Mentorship Experience
As a teacher, I studied pedagogy at the University of North Florida, developing structured lesson plans with clear objectives and assessments. My ability to simplify complex concepts made me a trusted tutor, often helping my peers understand database concepts better than our professors.

Since 2004, I have worked as a Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with Oracle RDBMS versions 8i–19c and advanced technologies such as:
