The first half of my bar prep journey was extremely stressful. On top of studying during a global pandemic, my commercial bar prep course gave me no guidance on what to focus on and failed to provide me with a productive schedule. It was a waste of time of watching video after video that would always leave me asking the same question after watching, "What did I learn?" A little over 2 months before the exam, I decided it was a time for a change. That's when I found Judy. Right away Judy provided a short term and long term schedule of topics and kept me accountable on a daily basis. Over time we covered every topic and every piece of testable material. However, Judy does not bog down her students with the unnecessary details that a commercial bar prep course does, she hammers home the major aspects of each subject until you know it cold. This allows for truly productive studying and for you to attain a passing score by studying what is actually on the exam. Judy tailors the preparation for each part of the exam. For the MBE you will do real past exam questions on a daily basis until you complete upwards of 1000 before exam day. For the MEE, Judy's years of bar prep tutoring and knowledge of past exams have given her a "sixth sense" of what topics are going to be covered and when. She was right on the money for the topics covered. On exam day, the essays unfolded just as she predicted. For the MPT Judy has you do practice MPTs on a periodic basis and boils it down to a simple formula that saves you so much time and energy. while scoring all the points you need to pass. Do yourself a favor and ditch the overwhelming commercial bar prep courses with their fire hose approach and contact Judy. Reflecting back on the experience, I can truly say that I passed the bar exam on the first time in the most efficient manner because of Judy. She is knowledgeable, hard working, organized, and genuinely cares about her students and their success on the bar exam and beyond.

Judy Vincent-Pope is an excellent bar exam tutor, and deserves all the hyperbolic praise one could dish out. Judy's generosity as an instructor and her kind demeanor are well-balanced with intellectual rigor and frankness about the realities of the bar exam. She will answer any and all questions, no matter how obscure, and offers one-on-one guidance on time- and anxiety-management. She held my study group to a high standard, and for me it made all the difference in the world. I needed to raise my score by four points, but following Judy's method brought me up by sixteen. Judy is a Godsend!!! My only regret is not finding her sooner!!!

Prior to meeting Judy, I had been unsuccessful on the Bar exam and I was feeling crushed and unsure of myself. I met with Judy for an initial conversation and I could tell that she was the real deal. I knew from that first meeting that she had earned her reputation of being able to increase scores by about 30 points. My score increased dramatically (28 points to be exact) with her instruction and guidance. Thanks to Judy I received a passing UBE Score and no longer have the Bar Exam looming over me. I am so delighted to share that I finally passed the bar exam on my third try and I credit my success to working with Judy. My first go, I prepared with Themis and got a 260 (I needed a 266 to pass). For my second attempt, I self studied with materials online that I supplemented with Themis and I got a 264. After failing my second attempt, I decided that I needed to change my approach and hire a private tutor. As I am sure you can see for yourselves, Judy stood out with her unmatched ratings and powerful testimonies. I decided to trust those who worked with her in the past and I am SO GLAD I DID. I am a full-time working parent with two young children and Judy worked with me to devise a study plan that worked for my very busy and chaotic life. The only thing I had to do was to fully commit and put in the work. This meant that nearly all of my free time for almost four months was devoted to the bar exam. I followed Judy's schedule diligently, did what she instructed, and I passed my final attempt with a 275, which makes me eligible to practice in any UBE jurisdiction.
